- Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Pre-shipment Cancellations & Store Errors: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, or if there is an error on our end (such as a damaged, defective, or out-of-stock item), you will receive a 100% full refund including the original shipping charges.
- Voluntary Returns & Size Exchanges: If you are returning a delivered product due to a change of mind or an incorrect size choice, your refund will cover the product amount only; initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
